Lately, in Corinna...

For the past few days, this flock of snow geese has been spending time near The Bog (Corundel  Lake) and in the fields behind houses on the Dexter Road. Nancy and Mim King called to let me know they were there. I walked up the old railroad trail to see them but couldn't get too close. As soon as I was visible, they moved away. There must be at least 300 birds in the flock. There are many birds in the area. In just a few minutes on the trail I saw crows, robins, ducks, Canada geese, snow geese and a bald eagle.
