This is the biggest jack-hammer I've ever seen. With more of the demolition debris out of the way, they are breaking up some of the concrete. These round concrete posts are being broken up for disposal. When the operator presses down with the point, it makes a slow rat-a-tat and quickly breaks through. He can then use the point like a finger to flick the pieces away.

As I understand it, the EPA will not remove all of the concrete from the site, only what they have to move to get at the contamination and make the site safe.
