| Stan Berube and Tim Briggs provided us with this
great aerial photograph of the new section of Route 7 through
Corinna. The picture was taken Sunday, August 5, 2001.
The view is looking south from
the intersection of Routes 222, 7, 11 and 43 at the bottom of the
picture. Route 7 leads off toward Newport at the top-left of the
photo.
Route 43 and the Nokomis Road now
enter Route 7 from an extension of what used to be the Newport
Road.
Notice that digging has begin on
the old Main Street near the center of the picture |
