These two piles of crushed rock are at the back of the Area 1 excavation. Tons of it were produced as the rocks from the excavated soil were washed to remove contamination and crushed.

An email warning...

The sender of a recent entry in the Guest Book of The Cattail Press has received an email supposedly from a foreign county asking her help in invest money here in the US. The subject line of the message said, "Please i need your help". It was addressed using the her name and a phrase exactly as published in the Guest Book. The message asks her to call an overseas number to discuss investing and diamonds.

This message is a scam. People search the Internet, probably using special computer programs to "harvest" email addresses from web pages. If you receive any messages like this please ignore them.

I'm not exactly sure what to do about this, if there is anything to be done. We all get junk email but it is disturbing to know that The Cattail Press was the source for an address. Publishing email addresses on a site like this is a great way for people to make connections. It would be a shame to stop.
