Here is another post card picture from Peter's collection. This view looks up the Dexter Road, then called Center Street, from Main Street. The Methodist Church can be seen on the left and Gray's store is on the right. I believe this picture was taken sometime before yesterday's photo. Notice the bank sign is not on John Gray's store. The bank branch was established in 1897, according to Sawtell. That would perhaps date this picture before then.
