Lately, in Corinna...

Anyone who attended what was known as Eastland School in Corinna will recognize this tree. For as long as I can remember it has been standing on the Stetson Road at the end of the driveway to the school grounds. Some of the buildings across the road were originally part of Snow Flake Canning Co. They used to make frozen french fries and potato puffs.  Before a basketball game at the school we would go across the street to get a box of fries, right off the production line, to eat at the game.
