| On a warm day the cover over the
contaminated soil stock pile acts like a hot air balloon. Air
inside the cover heats up and causes it to rise high into the air.
I guess this shows that the cover is well sealed. The picture
above was taken a few days ago. The one to the right was taken on
a cooler day in April. |
