This picture was taken from behind Winchester Park. Where the back section of the mill once stood there is a large pile of crushed concrete waiting to be used as fill. CMP's substation is visible to the left. To the right of the fuel tank in the foreground is a smooth, flat area. That used to be a foundation hole. It is now filled in and graded.
