| The bridge abutments and road
deck look complete. This picture of the new bridge was taken from
Main Street looking south, back in the direction the new road will
take.
I've heard that soon the site will shut
down for a few weeks. Work on the new road will begin this spring. |

you can see under the bridge. The support structure used during
the construction has been removed. The opening under the road deck
will be the path of the new river bed. |
