Lately, in Corinna...

This is the East Branch of the Sebasticook River flowing just below Main Street in Corinna. The photograph was taken looking upstream toward the street. The railroad trestle used to cross near the trees on the left. The sides of this section have been rebuilt with large rocks. Just beyond the trees, the riverbed turns left. By the end of summer the new riverbed will go straight to pass under the new bridge located just to the left of the crane in the background.
