One of Stan Berube's aerials provides an interesting perspective on the
Corinna village area. The cleanup area is the swath of open land that straddles Route 7.

EPA Releases New Fact Sheet

The EPA has released a new fact sheet on the Superfund site in Corinna. This community update summarizes investigation and cleanup activities implemented at the site since December 2001. Much of the information I've used here in the past week has come from a draft of this document.

Ed Hathaway, EPA Project Manager, has provided copies of the fact sheet and the accompanying diagrams in .pdf file format. You can download these documents from the links below. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to read these documents. Acrobat Reader is a free download available from Adobe's web site.

Download Fact Sheet
There are two files in Acrobat Reader format. The first contains the text of the fact sheet and 5 diagrams. The second contains 4 additional diagrams.
