Lately, in Corinna...

This picture of the Saint Albans Road (Pleasant Street) taken from the bell tower shows a change taking place. The land and house just behind the Stewart Library Building was purchased by the town. The house will be removed to provide a much needed parking area adjacent to the library building.

COMPUTER VIRUS ALERT

Watch out! There are a couple of email viruses spreading rapidly across the Internet. The best advice: Do not open, or double click on files attached to emails. The latest one, code-named "Palyh", can arrive in an email that looks like it was sent to you from "support @microsoft.com". The message body may say, "All information is in attached file." Don't believe it. Microsoft is not going to be sending us emails about our computers. Also keep in mind that you might receive these infected emails from someone you know.

Reading your email as usual is not likely to spread the viruses. It happens when an infected attachment is opened. If you are suspicious, just delete the message.
