Another Weston Update arrived today. This great picture, dated 9/7/00, was included. The caption is, "Foaming Excavated Area 2.5 at the End of the Day". You can see a worker in the bottom of this hole (more than 20 feet deep, I would guess) covering the dirt with a layer of foam. As I understand it, the foam stops the contamination in the soil from escaping into the air.
