The Water Tower is Down

On Thursday, March 30, the Eastland water tower was pulled down. Shortly after, it lay where it fell, like a dead dinosaur. We all have our memories of this thing. I think it was built on the late 50's. How many times have you looked up at it? |

There must be an exclusive club of those who climbed it. I never saw anyone do it but we heard stories of kids who did. |
