This is the view looking downstream from the Upper Dam. Where the mill pond used to be there is a free-running stream. The stream bed from here to the bridge was rebuilt last year to provide a better aquatic environment. The Methodist Church appears on the left. The building in the center is Pearson's Store (Hemingway Building). The Odd Fellows Hall is visible behind the pile of crushed rock that sits beside Route 7.
