Here's a good aerial of the dirt works. On the left is the new contaminated soil stockpile area, recently constructed near the Upper Dam. To the right is the mill slab, and the original stockpile. Notice the road connecting these areas. After removing the rocks from the contaminated soil on the slab they are moving it to the new area. This screened soil will be treated next summer to remove the contamination. The rocks are washed to remove any contamination. The wash water is collected and sent to the on-site water treatment facility.
