This trench is located at the east side of the mill site, between the mill stream and Main Street, out back of where the boiler room used to be. Perhaps it is the beginning of the new riverbed leading toward the new bridge.

Recently a number of you have sent in Guest Book entries expressing your opinions about the trees on the Stewart Library Building lawn. We can all be proud of this discussion. It is reasonable that our opinions will vary on this and other issues. I am pleased that we can openly and respectfully tell each other what we think. Keep up the good work.
