As seen from the bell tower, this is the area on the slab, former location of the newest section of the mill. The long black rectangle, just behind the tree, is the first of four soil decontamination beds. Three more will be built. Notice the construction in progress. There are two cement trucks unloading. At the back, between the SUV on the left and the trailer box on the right, we can see two of the four furnaces that will provide heated air to the beds. The wooden building on the right houses the water treatment facility.
