The
first excavation, it's in the area right on Main Street. The EPA calls
it Building 4. The water in this hole will be pumped out and treated to
remove the contamination before it goes back into the stream. This
corner of the cellar, near Winchester Park, will be filled in soon and
used as a roadway from Main Street back to the soil containment area.
