Here is an indication things are happening again at the mill site. This showed up there yesterday. I'm not sure what it is for. The sign on the side says, "DOUBLE WALL TANK". There will be lots of water to treat during the soil excavation, perhaps it will be used for that.

They will be digging some deep holes. Water is bound to flow in. Any water pumped from the contaminated soil will also be contaminated. That water will be treated before it is put back in the river right there at the mill site. The EPA says the treated water will be very clean. It will not contaminate the river. 

It looks like the next phase of the cleanup is starting. The mill demolition was only the beginning.
