This view is from the east end of the site, almost opposite the park. The EPA says that the cellar holes will either be part of the contaminated soil excavation or they will be filled in and graded. The floors will be broken up to promote drainage. The concrete walls are being left up now for safety reason but will be removed during the excavation or before the final grading.
