The soil decontamination facility is working full time these days. Hot, cleaned soil, just removed from a decontamination bed, is dumped in the area know as Operational Unit 1. It is the former location of the mill, near Winchester Park. The bulldozer spreads the soil as it is dropped off at the site. |
