 This
is the lower part of the stream just above the Middle Dam, where the Mill
Pond used to be. You can see the Upper Dam in the distance on the right.
On the left is the electric substation. Beside it, the large white box is
a mobile water storage tank used to hold contaminated water collected from
the excavations. Any water collected is treated to remove the
contamination before it is released back into the river.
