This picture of the new contaminated soil stock pile was taken from the tower of the Stewart Library Building. The containment area extends from the woods behind the Pleasant Street Church, on the left, down to the electrical substation on the right. Part of the pile was covered with a black tarp. You can see a dump truck and bulldozer working as more soil is added.
