Looking from just downstream, this picture shows the east end of the newly repaired Upper Dam. Until the repair, water leaked between the concrete and the earth dike seen at the right of this photo. Sheet piling and concrete on the further side have stopped the leak. 

 
The Reuse Committee is working hard to frame the redevelopment of the Corinna Village area. Definitely not an easy task. Link to a Bangor Daily News story.
