This is a view looking under the Odd Fellows Hall from the east side. The building now rest on about 6 of these sets of wheels. Each dolly has a built-in, 100 ton hydraulic jack. When the building is pulled out of position, the wheels will ride on i-beam tracks set in place on blocks and in the soil at the side of the building.
