Click on this picture to view a larger copy. Tim Briggs took me up for a plane ride yesterday. It was late in the afternoon so the shadows were long, but we got this good picture of the cleanup site. The view extends from the excavation of Area 1 on the left, north to the new soil containment pile on the right. Notice the work in progress in the former mill pond area from the blue temporary dams near the center of the photo to the upper dam. |
