If you looked at the latest Weston Update below, you know the current excavation is called Area 2.5. Lots of clean soil has also been removed in order to widen the hole. The clean soil is stock piled behind the mountain of contaminated soil on the north side of Main Street. I understand they are digging to bed rock in this area.
