Less glamorous, I suppose than the excavation of contaminated soil, but still pretty important, this Weston picture dated 9/7/00, shows the existing town sewer line as it has been exposed so the new line can connect in.

The most recent information I have schedules the utility work on the Newport Road for next week. They anticipate that the road will be closed during the day for most of the time from 9/18 to 9/27. The one-way traffic on Ireland Avenue and Maple Street will continue until 9/29. Of course, unanticipated complications can throw off any schedule.
