remember when this water tower was built. I don't know the date but it
must have been in the 1950's. We were living in the apartment house on
Main Street. It was the first time I knew something could be 100 feet
tall.
There has been some
question as to whether the EPA would remove the tower. The last I heard,
they will demolish it.
