Yes...I know, this is a picture of a pile of dirt. But, it's such a big pile of dirt! This picture was taken from Route 222 just off Main Street. The contaminated soil removed from Areas 2 and 3 won't be decontaminated for some time. It maybe next summer before that is done. This pile will be used to build haul roads and fill in the excavation holes.
