This aerial photo was taken on a hazy day. However, it is an interesting view of the watershed. In the foreground is Corundel Lake in Corinna. The winding river-like waterway at the lower right is the inlet of the East Branch of the Sebasticook River. Corinna village is at the further end of the lake. Beyond it, in the center is the open area where the river widens about half way to the lake. The large body of water along the top of the picture is Sebasticook Lake in Newport. It is three or four miles from Corinna village to Sebasticook Lake. |
