The
heat source for the soil decontamination beds will be four heaters like
the one above. Each furnace will use propane fuel from this tank to heat
air for two beds. Hot air from the furnaces will enter the beds at more
than 600 degrees F. During full scale operation a daily propane delivery
will be necessary to operate the system.
